Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used cartridges cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
